Okay, this is solved, kind of, it was a me issue, or more accurately it was that the paths in the dialog box for install.bat show some weird text by default, I THINK it is Japanese, but it is too scrunched together and small to make out, and I tried to correct it, which messed up the path apparently, contrary to what it should have done.looks like someone added some header file called picojson, but didn't actually add it to the repository. Most likely your install is missing many important files. Please get the latest AA2Mini and extract it in a clean folder.
