The best way to do that is to grab Medic Dedication at level 2. This will boost his Battle Medicine, and at level 4 he can take Doctor's Visitation (and Treat Condition). Bard is already one of the strongest classes. That 1 action Cantrip to give the entire team +1 to hit and damage is an action well spent. They definitely don't need a buff. I'm surprised they already buffed them by giving them all martial weapons though admittedly they already had a fair number (more than rogues even).
