If you want to message someone who has unfriended you on Snapchat, you can. However, your messages will go through as ‘pending’ and the person you’re messaging will not be notified about them unless they add you back as a friend. So, technically, you can message someone who has unfriended you on Snapchat, but there’s really no point.Only way I've found out to rid of it was to leave chat. There was nothing new showing but once I left chat the notification disappeared. Same here! Same issue here, I even completely disabled the ability for anyone to message me and the notification still won't go away. Good, it's not just me. 😒.
